Discharge Medicines Review (DMR)

Support after hospital discharge to reduce unintended medicine changes and help with adherence.

Emergency Medicines Supply (EMS)

Emergency supply of previously prescribed medicines via the NHS when you’ve run out and your GP is closed (restrictions apply).

Independent Prescribing for Common Ailments and Contraception

A free NHS service providing consultation with an accredited pharmacist independent prescriber (PIP) for common ailments and contraception, where available.
